    MEET DATE: MARCH 30, 2014.

    IMPORTANT DATES BELOW:

    Early Bird Discount:
    If you register by Feb. 17th you will get a $2 discount per athlete. (Example if your athlete is registered for 3 events by this date, "Feb. 17th" they would be billed $67 instead of $69 for that athlete. No matter how many events they registered for the max of $2 per athlete will be discounted off of their price if they register by the early bird registration date. If an athlete is added after this date they will be charged the regular price.) We will enter the discount in manually if you register by Feb. 12th, 2014.

    Meet entry deadline is Feb. 26, 2014.

    Meet Date is March 30th, 2014.

    $5 Athlete Correction Fee or Late Registration fee on or after March 5th, 2014 per event correction.
    $10 Athlete Correction Fee or Late Registration fee on or after March 12th, 2014 per event correction.
    $25 Athlete Correction Fee or Late Registration fee on or after March 19th, 2014 per event correction.

    Absolutely NO changes after March 20th at 11:59PM Central Standard Time.

    Correction fee payment will be due prior to athlete being allowed

    ENTRY FEES:
    Entry Fees for all levels (1-10, Elite athletes are free of charge in their Elite events only):

    $49 for 1 event
    $59 for 2 events
    $69 for all 3 events

    ****$2 Admin fee applied for each team entry for processing required for all team entries.*****

    $10 for each additional level or event over 3 events. (If an athlete is mobilizing and performing an additional level during)
    All Payments for Meet Entries must be paid by online check thru our secure payment entry system at the end of your registration of your athletes. All other fees will be billed to the check account on file that you pay your team registration with when you register your athletes.

    No Syncro is available since we currently only have one Euro Bed Grand Master. We hope to get a second Grand Master in the future for syncro in due time. Thank you for understanding.

    *If any past Elite athletes would like to come and perform as exhibition please contact me ASAP. We would love to have you. There is NO cost for Elite athletes to perform!

    TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

    We plan on having 2 Sessions to facilitate a joined March for the national Anthem (March in will be brief this year) in between the 2 sessions and also facilitate faster rotations. We will break the 2 sessions up by age groups so the athletes do not have a terribly long day.

    Scheduling the time:
    For our meet we plan on 2.5 minutes per athlete per event but last year we were able to complete the competition with a record average of 2 minutes per athlete per event. To the best of our knowledge the national standard to aim for is 2.5 minutes per athlete. Things can always go wrong as you know so we must use the 2.5 minute plan but just realize that timeliness of having all athletes where they need to be 45 minutes early is VERY important so we can move even faster. The faster everyone is where they need to be the faster we can be finished and get everyone home.

    We want to thank each and everyone of you for your timeliness last season and hope we can do the same this year to expedite the competition. I think we hit a record in speed and we are hopping to beat it again this year as we use our incredibly powerfully designed software along with all of you professionals that get everyone where they need to be to create a very efficient environment for all the families involved.

    Family & Friends Entry fees for the event: (Age calculated by current age to date)

    *2 years old & under: Free
    *3-12 years: $5 per child
    *13 & Up to 59 years old: $8 per teenager/adult
    *Senior Citizen (60years+): $6 per senior
    *Military Individual/Member with presentation of Military I.D. required: $6 per I.D. Military Personnel.

    Complementary Entry for Volunteer List Personnel, Registered Athletes and Registered Team Coaches. You must be on the Volunteer List or registered as an Athlete or current Team Coach to gain Complementary Entry.

    Equipment:
    1-Euro Grandmaster trampoline with Euro Bed, required End Decks and Landing Mats
    1-Euro Double mini & Landing Zone.
    1-Regulation Rod Floor & Landing Zone

    We will be in a hockey rink that is converted into a soccer arena. Great spectator bleachers for viewing.

    **Tentative time will be in the morning on March 30th and will be determined once registrations are completed by all teams.

    We are currently guessing it will start between 8am and 8:15am so plan on being at the venue by 7:20am for the early starters and for judges/coaches in session 1 be there by 7:20am at the head table as well.

    *All Entry fees once paid are non-refundable unless due to a medical situation for a given athlete in which a Physicians note scanned and emailed to usatumblebees@hotmail.com is required to receive refund and must be emailed by March 29th, 2014 at 11:59pm CST to be refunded. If no note is emailed to me by March 29th, 2014 by 11:59pm CST then no refund will be issued.

    No Refunds for scratches.

    ****If you would like to volunteer during the meet please email Tomas Settell right away to see what our needs are. If we need you as a volunteer we will give you a task or tasks and all volunteers will be given free entry (No athlete registration fee is free except Elite athletes) into the event on March 30th, 2014.

    We appreciate your support. We must have all equipment torn down and out of arena by 5:30pm on Sunday March 30th, 2014 so anyone that can stay and help tare down and move equipment back into our gym will be greatly appreciated.
